Tii Gavo is located in Scandia, MN on Big Marine Lake just 20 miles northeast of Twin Cities. It's hard to believe you can live in such a natural setting, and still be in the metro area.

left on Mayberry Trail N.,
right on Maxwell Ave. N.,
left on Lakamaga Trail N.,
right into Tii Gavo Sales Center.

from Scandia, Marine, Stillwater area:
County Road 3 (Olinda Trail),
to 195th St. west,
slight right onto Lakamaga Tr. N.,
left into Tii Gavo Sales Center.

from the twin cities or elsewhere:
